Fish Beer Batter 1
Ingredients
1/4 C. flour
1/4 C. cornstarch
1/4 C. stale beer
2 tsp. melted margarine
Dash salt
1 beaten egg yolk
Cooking Instructions
Fold in stiffly beaten egg white. Dip fish and fry as desired.
