Fish Batter 2
Ingredients
1 C. flour
1 C. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. seasoned salt
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. garlic powder
Cooking Instructions
Add club soda or beer to make a thin batter, not too thin. Coat fish with flour first. Dip in batter and deep fry.
