Fish Batter 13
Ingredients
3 heaping Tbsp. flour
1 heaping Tbsp. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 eggs
1 big onion, sliced
2 Tbsp. lemon concentrate
Buttermilk or sweet milk to very
thick creamy batter
Cooking Instructions
Use hot deep fat 375-400 degrees.
