Fine Crumb Pie Shell
Ingredients
1-1/4 C. fine crumbs, graham cracker
1-1/2 C. dry cereal, zwieback, or other cereal
3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 Tbsp. water
spices (optional)
sugar replacement (optional)
Cooking Instructions
Combine crumbs with melted margarine and water. Add spices and sugar replacement, if desired. Spread dough evenly in an 8- or 10-inch pie pan, pressing firmly onto sides and bottom. Either chill until set, or bake at 325 degrees F. for 8 to10 minutes.
