Fillets Ole
Ingredients
2 lbs. fillets, skinned
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 C. green onion and tops, chopped
1/2 C. green peppers
1/2 C. celery, chopped
1 C. (3 oz.) mushrooms, drained and
sliced
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
Cooking Instructions
Cut fillets into serving-sized portions. Sprinkle fish with garlic salt. Place fish in single layer in well greased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until flaky. Serves 6.
