Fig Cake 2
Ingredients
3/4 C. margarine
2 C. sugar
1 C. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. vanilla
3 C. flour
1 pint figs
1 C. nuts, chopped
Cooking Instructions
Mix figs well in mixer. Add eggs, sugar and margarine. Add the other ingredients and mix well. Pour into well-greased glass dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
