Fennel Pepperoni Bread
Ingredients
1 C. flat beer
1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. garlic oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chopped garlic
3 C. unbleached flour
1/4 C. rye flour
1 Tbsp. fennel seeds
3/4 C. pepperoni, sliced and quartered
1 Tbsp. yeast
Cooking Instructions
Place all the ingredients in the machine, in the order specified by the manufacturer, program for Basic White Bread, and press start.
