Fall Harvest Bread
Ingredients
1/2 C. water
2 C. white bread flour
1 Tbsp. dry milk
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 C. canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 C. pumpkin seeds
2 tsp. yeast (active dry)
Cooking Instructions
Be sure to use plain canned pumpkin, not pie filling. Place all the ingredients in the pan of the machine and follow manufacturer’s directions.
