Ethiopian Honey Bread
Ingredients
1 1/2 pound loaf
1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
3 1/4 C. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. ground coriander
3 1/2 Tbsp. butter
4 1/2 ounces warm milk
6 Tbsp. honey
1 egg
2 Tbsp. warm water
Cooking Instructions
For Panasonic/National machines, use 2 tsp. of yeast for the 1 1/2-pound loaf.
