English Oatmeal Bread
Ingredients
2 tsp. active dry yeast
1 1/2 C. bread flour
1/2 C. whole-wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 C. rolled oats
3 Tbsp. butter
3 ounces warm water
7 ounces milk warmed
1 pound loaf:
1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
1 C. bread flour
1/4 C. whole-wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 C. rolled oats
2 Tbsp. butter
2 ounces warm water
5 ounces milk warmed
Cooking Instructions
Add all the ingredients in order. Select thin crust and start the machine.
