Eggs Bentley
Ingredients
English muffins
6 scrambled eggs, not dry
White sauce
2 C. grated cheddar cheese
1 sm. jar dried beef, chopped fine
WHITE SAUCE:
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
Cooking Instructions
Toast muffin halves, top with 2 tablespoons scrambled eggs, spread 1 heaping tablespoon of white sauce and beef over eggs, sprinkle with grated cheese. Place in 400 degree oven until cheese is melted. These can be frozen before cooking. You can also cook these in a toasted oven or microwave on low setting. WHITE SAUCE: Add enough milk to make gravy consistency. Add dried beef.
