Easy Potato Bread
Ingredients
1/2 Tbsp. yeast
2 C. flour, bread
3 Tbsp. potato flakes
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 C. milk
3/8 C. warm water
Cooking Instructions
Bring bread ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set “baking control” at 12 o’clock. Select “white bread” and push Start. In hot and humid weather, use 1/8 C. less water.
