Easy Pheasant Or Chicken Dinner
Ingredients
1 sm. pkg. instant rice
1 pheasant or chicken, cut in serving pieces
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 C. milk
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Cooking Instructions
Empty small package of rice in large shallow casserole or baking dish. Arrange 1 chicken or pheasant in serving pieces in single layer over rice. Mix together soups and milk. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over the top; cover pan tightly. Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees. use no salt.
