Ear Coconut Oat Bran Bread
Ingredients
1 package yeast
1 C. whole wheat flour
1 1/4 C. better for bread white flour
1/2 C. oat bran
1/2 C. rolled oats (quaker oats)
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted and cooled
1 Tbsp. pear juice
1 can (8 ounce.) of libby’s lite pears, drained and sliced
1/2 C. coconut
1 tsp. almond extract
1 egg
1/4 C. plus 1 Tbsp. warm water
Cooking Instructions
Place all in order given in your bread machine and follow manufacturer’s instructions for best results. This recipe can be made with the regular, rapid or delayed time bake cycles.
