Duck Liver Kabobs
Ingredients
Liver
Thick slice bacon, cooked med.
Mushrooms
Butter
Bread crumbs
Cooking Instructions
Saute livers to firm in hot butter. Alternate on skewers with bacon and mushrooms. Dip in butter. Roll in bread crumbs and grill over hot coals.
