Dried Beef Casserole
Ingredients
2 C. uncooked elbow macaroni
2 cans cream of mushroom soup-10 oz. each
1 jar dried beef 5 oz. shredded Or two 3 oz. packages dried beef
1 1/2 C. cubed Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
4 hard-cooked eggs diced
1/2 medium onion chopped
2 C. evaporated milk
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients and pour in crock pot, stirring thoroughly. Cover and cook on low 5 to 7 hours or high for 3 hours.
