Down Home Ground Beef Supper
Ingredients
4 C. sliced raw potato
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. salt
1 C. sliced onion
1 C. chopped celery
1 diced bell pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1/2 C. water
Cooking Instructions
Put potatoes in a large casserole and 2/3 of the remaining vegetables. Sprinkle each layer with salt. Spread meat on top of vegetables, then add remaining vegetables. Mix tomato soup with water and pour over all. Cover and bake at 350ΒΊ for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
