Ingredients

2 1/2 tsp. yeast
3 C. whole wheat flour
2 Tbsp. vital gluten
3/4 C. scallions; diced very fine
1/4 C. sun-dried tomatoes; (packed in air), diced
1 1/2 C. buttermilk
1 Tbsp. applesauce
1/2 tsp. dried basil
3 cloves garlic; minced
1/2 C. low-fat cheese
1 Tbsp. caraway seeds
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 C. sunflower seeds

Cooking Instructions

Place ingredients in order recommended by your manufacturer. Turn on. When bread machine is finished, slice and eat.
