Double Appricot Almond Bread
Ingredients
1/3 C. water
1 jar apricot baby food(reserve one tsp.)
2 Tbsp. butter; or margarine (soft)
3 C. bread flour
2 Tbsp. dry milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 tsp. yeast
1/2 C. apricots; quartered
1/2 C. almonds coarsely chopped toasted
Cooking Instructions
Place all ingredients into bread pan, according to your manufacturer, reserving one tsp. of baby food. Bake on regular bread cycle. Add nuts and apricots when machine beeps for additions, about 5-10 minutes before last kneading. Cool.
