Ingredients
1 C. rice
1 (12 oz.) pkg. lobster meat
1 lb. shrimp
3/4 C. mushrooms
3 oz. sherry
1/4 lb. butter
Cooking Instructions
Cook rice, drain. Cook lobster and shrimp just enough to defrost. Combine in casserole and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
