Dilly Bread
Ingredients
1 1/2 pound loaf
2 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
3 C. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. dill weed
2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. warm water
3 eggs
1 C. cottage cheese
1 pound loaf

3/4 C. cottage cheese
Cooking Instructions
The cottage cheese gives it a great texture and flavor this is perfect with a salad. All-purpose flour is used to maintain the original texture. For Panasonic/National machines, use 3 1/2 tsp. of yeast for the 1 1/2 pound loaf.
