Dill Pickles
Ingredients
Brine:
1 quart cider vinegar
3 quarts cold water
1 C. pickling salt
Ingredients per jar:
1 large clove garlic
2 heads dill
1 small red pepper (optional)
small cucumbers
Cooking Instructions
Sterilize quart jars. Pack the garlic, dill, red pepper and small cucumbers into the hot sterilized jars. Bring brine to boil and pour over packed quart jars; seal immediately. Let age 2 months.
