Diet Health Bread
Ingredients
10 ounces water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. fructose (or sugar)
1/2 C. soy flour
2 1/2 C. bread flour
Cooking Instructions
Put in bread maker according to custom. Add about 1/4 C. sunflower seeds and 1/4 C. whole millet.
