Steamed Bay Rice
Ingredients
1/2 C. water
1/2 C. long grain rice
1 whole clove, or 1/8-tsp. ground cloves
1 whole bay leaf
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
1/4 tsp. paprika
Cooking Instructions
Combine the water, rice, clove, and bay leaf in a small saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat; simmer until done. Remove bay leaf and clove. Stir in paprika and parsley to serve.
