Ingredients

1/3 C. chopped peeled fresh peaches
1/3 C. chilled sparkling mineral water
1 fresh peach slice impaled on a wooden skewer, for garnish
1 fresh mint sprig, for garnish

Cooking Instructions

In a blender or food processor, puree fruit and mineral water until smooth. Pour into a chilled stemmed glass. Garnish with peach slice and mint.
