Marinated Green Bean Salad
Ingredients
1/4 C. nonfat plain yogurt
1/4 C. low fat sour cream
1/4 C. low calorie Italian salad dressing
2 medium tomatoes, peeled, cubed and drained
1/2 C. finely chopped onion
16 oz. canned cut green beans, drained
Cooking Instructions
Mix together yogurt, sour cream, and Italian salad dressing. Add tomato, onion and beans; mix well. Chill 3 or 4 hours before serving. Serve in lettuce C..
