Guacamole
Ingredients
2 large ripe avocados, peeled, pits removed, and mashed
1/2 chopped onion
2 medium jalapeno chili peppers, seeded and chopped
2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/8 tsp. fresh ground pepper
2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
1 medium garlic clove, minced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
Cooking Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, blending well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 to 2 hours.
