Bok Choy
Ingredients
1 lb. bok choy
1 tsp. virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. crystalline fructose
1 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
Cooking Instructions
Rinse bok choy in cold water. Cut stalks diagonally in 1-inch pieces, and slice leaves into thin shreds. In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil. Add the cut stalks first and Saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Add garlic, the sliced leaves, fructose, soy sauce and sesame oil. Continue to cook over high heat for 2 minutes more. Serve immediately.
