Banana Graham Dessert
Ingredients
1 small instant, sugar free vanilla pudding mix
2-3/4 C. cold skim milk
8 ounces nonfat sour cream
12 reduced fat graham crackers
2 large firm bananas, sliced
Cooking Instructions
In a mixing bowl, beat pudding mix and milk on low speed for 2 minutes. Fold in sour cream. Let stand for 5 minutes. In a 3-quart bowl, layer 1/3 of the graham crackers, bananas, and pudding mixture. Repeat layers twice. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
