Sugar Free Bananas Cookies
Ingredients
3 large bananas, mashed
2 C. rolled oats
1 C. chopped dates
1/3 C. oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Cooking Instructions
Combine bananas, oats, dates, oil and vanilla. Allow to rest 15 minutes to let flavors mingle. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, or until brown.
