Ingredients

1/2 C. oleo
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 C. unsweetened applesauce
1 C. raisins
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. Ril-sweet OR 4 pkg. Sweet & Low
1 C. dates, chopped fine
3 apples, peeled and cut in lg. pieces
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 C. flour
1 C. pecans, chopped

Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients and bake in prepared Bundt pan (spray with Pam) in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
