Deer Soloma
Ingredients
2 lbs. deer burger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. pepper corns, cracked
3 Tbsp. Tender Quick
2 Tbsp. Liquid Smoke
Cooking Instructions
Mix together and form into log rolls. Wrap in foil. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Take out of refrigerator and put holes in the rolls. Place on top of boiler pan which has water in bottom part. Bake at 325 degrees for 90 minutes. Cool. Put in freezer.
