Ingredients

1 1/4 C. bread flour
3/4 C. rye flour
1/2 C. whole wheat flour
1 Tbsp. dry milk
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. cornmeal
2 tsp. brown sugar
2/3 tsp. instant coffee granules
2 tsp. caraway seeds; (optional)
1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
2 Tbsp. molasses; dark
7 1/2 ounces water
1 tsp. yeast

Cooking Instructions

Add ingredients to your bread machine in recommended order. In the Panasonic, add the dry ingredients first, then the liquids.
