Dark Fudge Pudding
Ingredients
1/2 C. granulated sugar replacement
3 Tbsp. all purpose flour
1 Tbsp. granulated fructose
1 dash salt
1-1/2 C. skim milk
1 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate in small pieces
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Cooking Instructions
Combine sugar replacement, flour, fructose, and salt in a nonstick saucepan. Gradually stir in milk. Blend well. Stir in chocolate and egg. Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and stir in margarine and vanilla. Spoon into six decorative dessert dishes. Serve warm, or chill until set.
