Danish Breakfast Delight
Ingredients
1 C. margarine
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
4 C. flour
2 C. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 qt. pie filling
GLAZE:
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. milk
3 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Powdered sugar
Cooking Instructions
Mix together margarine, sugar, and eggs. Gradually add dry ingredients. Spread 3/4 batter in bottom of greased jelly roll pan. Spread pie filling on top, then dab on remaining batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Cool and top with glaze. GLAZE: In small saucepan, place top 4 ingredients. Heat thoroughly. Add enough powdered sugar to make thin glaze. Drizzle over top.
