Dairy Free Cream Cheese
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Coconut Cream. Place full fat canned coconut milk into the fridge for at least 6 hours, I always have a can in the fridge.
1 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
Pinch Salt
1 to 1 1/2 teaspoon water,,,,,If needed. Just use enough to make the mixture creamy.
Cooking Instructions
Gentry combine the coconut cream and lemon juice. I the cream is too thick or hard to combine add a little water as needed to achieve the right consistency. Taste and add more lemon juice if needed. Stir in the pinch of salt. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before using.
