Cutlets In Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef, or turkey
1/2 C. milk
dash of pepper and salt
1 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Cooking Instructions
Mix beef, 1/2 the milk and seasoning in a bowl. Shape into oblong patties 1/2″ thick. Dip into flour. Brown in oil in skillet. Drain off fat. Dilute soup with other 1/2 of milk and pour over patties. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
