Curry Marinade
Ingredients
2 Tbsp. safflower oil
1/4 C. dry white wine
juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. shallot, minced
2 tsp. curry powder
Cooking Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a container. Swirl often when brushing over foods to prevent separation. Use to marinate cubed tempeh for 1 hour. Or brush over grilling eggplant, onions or potatoes. (to grill potatoes, try parboiling them first).
