Curry Dressing Or Dip
Ingredients
1 C. plain yogurt, low fat
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
1 dash cayenne pepper
Cooking Instructions
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Chill in a covered container at least 1 hour before serving as a dressing on chicken or fish salads, or as a dip for assorted raw vegetables.
