Crusty Honey Whole Wheat Bread
Ingredients
1 package rapid rise yeast
1 3/4 C. bread flour
1 1/4 C. whole wheat flour
1/2 C. wheat bran
4 tsp. wheat gluten
2 tsp. salt
1/2 C. milk
1/2 C. water
1/4 C. honey
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter; or margarine
2 Tbsp. egg substitute
Cooking Instructions
Place all ingredients; at room temperature, in Bread maker in order listed. Start machine. Cool the bread on the racks.
