Chicken Parisian
Ingredients
6 medium chicken breasts
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Paprika to taste
1/2 C. white wine
1 can cream of mushroom soup-10 1/2 oz.
1 can sliced mushrooms-4 oz. drained
Or use fresh mushrooms
1 C. sour cream
1/4 C. flour
Cooking Instructions
Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt, pepper and paprika. Place in crock pot. Mix wine, soup and mushrooms until well combined. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Mix sour cream and flour together, add to the crock pot. Cook for 20 to 30 minutes more, until heated through. Serve with rice or noodles.
