Pork Chops With Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
2 boneless pork center loin chops 3/4 inch thick
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/4 C. hot water
2 Tbsp. Grey Poupon
2 small onions
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
Sear both sides of the pork chops. While searing, dissolve the bouillon in the hot water, and add the mustard. Stir well. Cut off the ends, and peel the onions, then cut in half crosswise to make 4 thick wheels. Place the onions on the bottom of the crock pot in a single layer. Once chops are seared, place them atop the onions. Sprinkle with fresh ground black pepper to taste, and slowly add the liquid over all. Cook for about 4.5 hours.
