Crittenen
Ingredients
2 lb. elbow macaroni
1 block shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cans whole tomatoes
1 green pepper
1/2 fresh onion
1 lb. brown hamburger
garlic powder, optional
salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
Cook the elbow macaroni until done fry the hamburger meat until brown. Use a crock pot or a regular large pot to mix everything in. Chop the green pepper, and onion very small, and mix in with the macaroni, and hamburger meat. Mix in the cheddar cheese. Put salt, pepper, and garlic powder in, and let sit on medium heat for several hours, until cheese is melted thoroughly. This also freezes very good.
