Creole Skillet
Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Margarine
1 medium Onion-chopped
1/2 medium Green pepper-chopped
1/2 C. Celery-chopped
2 Tbsp. Flour
2 tsp. Seasoning salt (see recipe)
2 cans Chunky tuna
1 1/2 C. Kernel corn
Cooking Instructions
Melt margarine in skillet and lightly fry onion, pepper and celery until tender crisp. Add flour and blend in. Add other ingredients and heat through. Serve with rice and grated Parmesan/Romano.
