Creamy Chicken Bake
Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts, split and flattened
8 (4-inch) slices of Swiss cheese
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream, of broccoli soup
1/3 C. milk
1 C. herb stuffing mix, crushed
1/4 C. butter or margarine, melted
Cooking Instructions
Place chicken breasts in a greased 9×13-inch pan. Top with cheese. Combine Cream of Broccoli Soup and milk and spread over cheese. Toss melted butter with stuffing mix and sprinkle over top of chicken. Bake in a 350 oven for 30 minutes, or until tender.
