Cranberry Raisin Sauce
Ingredients
1 C. orange juice
1/2 C. fresh or frozen cranberries
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
4 Tbsp. raisins
cinnamon stick
Cooking Instructions
Combine the juice and cranberries in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat just until the berries “pop.” Add the remaining ingredients. Cook until the mixture is thick. Serve hot as desired.
