Ingredients

1 C. Ritz crackers, well crushed
1/2 C. cooking oil
4 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 C. Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Cooking Instructions

Heat oil and butter; add to crumbs and mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Spoon onto fish. Place fish on foil lined shallow pan. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
