Cowboy Goulosh
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. ground beef, elk or deer
1 sm. onion
1 jar mushrooms
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. black pepper
1-2 Tbsp. Nature Seasoning
1 (8 oz.) can sweet peas
1 (8 oz.) can whole corn
1 (8 oz.) can green beans
2 cans (10 oz. each) tomato sauce
2 C. elbow macaroni
1 can water (tomato soup can)
Cooking Instructions
In a medium pot boil water and 1 tablespoon of oil. Add macaroni, cook until tender. Drain the first 4 ingredients. Then add seasoning, tomato soup, 1 can water and vegetables; mix well. Add elbow macaroni. Simmer for 15 minutes. Great for wild game, hamburger or just beef.
