Country Bread
Ingredients
2 tsp. active dry yeast
2 C. bread flour
1 C. whole wheat flour
3 Tbsp. wheat germ
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3/4 C. sourdough starter
1 C. -water
Cooking Instructions
Add all the ingredients in the order suggested by your machine manual and process on the basic cycle. Remember to replenish your sourdough starter with equal amounts of flour and water.
