Cottage Wheat Bread
Ingredients
3/4 C. milk + 2 Tbsp.
3/4 C. cream style cottage cheese
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. salt
2 C. bread flour
1 3/4 C. whole wheat flour
1 Tbsp. brown sugar; packed
2 tsp. bread machine yeast
1 Tbsp. gluten
Cooking Instructions
Add ingredients in order given by manufacturer, adding cottage cheese with milk. Store bread in refrigerator and bring to room temperature before serving. Whole wheat/grain or basic/white bread cycle. Light color setting.
